<p>热喷涂钴碳化钨金属陶瓷粉：钴的含量可在8%~22%范围内变化。随着钴含量的增高，喷涂涂层的韧性和强度提高，裂纹敏感性降低，但耐磨性亦有所下降。 用钴包碳化钨复合粉末喷涂的涂层，具有很高的硬度（HV 1300~1800）和耐磨性能。 含高比例WC的微细钴包碳化钨复合粉末，适合于喷涂薄的（0.2mm左右）无需加工的耐磨涂层。由于WC在升高温度时容易产生氧化烧损，这种涂层宜用于540℃以下温度作耐磨涂层。</p>
